Reaching Minds, Bodies and Hearts through Music
With her experience as a Musician, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Mother, Miss Becca created Music in Me to reach the minds, bodies and hearts of babies and young children and their caregivers through the universal language of music.
Teaching Real Music and Real Concepts
Children are capable of learning important concepts at a very young age! The Music in Me Curriculum uses classical, original, folk, traditional and world music to teach concepts such as pitch, rhythm, note-reading, tempo, expression, and more.
Encouraging Self-Love and Enhancing Child Development
While early childhood music classes are a powerful way to enchance the cognitive, social, physical and emotional development of the child, Music in Me classes also lay groundwork for future music study. Most importantly, the Music in Me curriculum encourages self-love of every precious child and caregiver in the program, while also supporting their bond.

Miss Becca
Rebecca Pfeiffer Wierks earned her degree in Piano from Miami University. She has taught music in partnership with the Holland Symphony Orchestra, Avalon School of the Arts, Holland Area Arts Council, the Toedtman School of Music, and also teaches private piano and guitar lessons. She has former experience as a licensed Kindermusik Instructor, as well as experience with other international early childhood music programs such as the Suzuki Method and Music Together. She combines this experience and education with her experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Holland Hospital, and has created Music in Me, a developmentally appropriate and delightful music program for young children.

Puppet Zeek
Luke Daab is the voice and personality of Zeek. Zeek interacts with Miss Becca in Music in Me classes in his unique, silly, childlike and endearing ways to help provide an example for young students. The puppet was created by Little's Creatures, based in the Boston area. Luke Daab is a professional artist, illustrator, musician and designer at Daab Creative in the Chicagoland area. He has worked with Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Sony Pictures, Cartoon Network, Netflix, Nickelodeon, Kellogg's, McDonalds, Matell, Hasbro, Tonka, Playmates, Facebook and Salesforce.
